Carrier Network

Our Carrier Network

Every carrier we assign to your freight is FMCSA-verified, insurance-confirmed, and safety-screened. Here is how we build and maintain a network you can trust.

Our Approach

How We Build Our Carrier Network

We do not work with every carrier that applies. Our network is built through a combination of direct outreach, industry relationships, and a rigorous vetting process that eliminates unreliable operators before they ever touch your freight.

We focus on carriers with proven track records on specific lanes and equipment types. A carrier that runs reefer loads between Texas and California every week is not the same as one that occasionally picks up a backhaul. We match your freight to carriers who specialize in your corridor, commodity, and equipment needs.

Our network covers all 48 contiguous states with capacity across major freight corridors: I-10 (Southern), I-95 (Eastern Seaboard), I-80 (Northern), I-35 (Central), and I-5 (Pacific Coast). Whether you ship regionally or coast-to-coast, we have vetted carriers on your lane.

Vetting Standards

How We Screen Every Carrier

Every carrier goes through a 6-point verification process before being approved for our network.

1

FMCSA Authority Verification

Active operating authority (MC number), no revocations, and clean compliance history verified through FMCSA SAFER and CENSUS data.

2

Insurance Confirmation

Minimum cargo insurance ($100,000+), public liability ($750K-$5M depending on vehicle type), and current certificates on file. We verify directly with insurers.

3

Safety Record Review

CSA scores, inspection history, crash rates, and out-of-service percentages reviewed against national averages. Carriers with poor safety records are not accepted.

4

Fraud Screening

Cross-referenced against industry fraud databases, double-brokering watchlists, and cargo theft intelligence. New carriers undergo enhanced due diligence.

5

Equipment & Capacity Check

Verified fleet size, equipment types, operating lanes, and capacity availability. Ensures the carrier can reliably service the freight they accept.

6

Performance Monitoring

Ongoing tracking of on-time pickup/delivery rates, claims history, communication responsiveness, and shipper feedback. Underperforming carriers are removed.
