- Active FMCSA operating authority (minimum 6 months)
- $750,000+ auto liability insurance
- $100,000+ cargo insurance coverage
- Clean CSA scores — no critical safety violations
- ELD compliance (electronic logging device required)
- Valid W-9 and certificate of insurance on file
